KWV’s customers in five major regions of the world will soon experience a wave of new energy and experience from the new regional general managers and regional business managers appointed at the leading wine and brandy company in Paarl.
Following the appointment of four brand directors at KWV last year, each with full accountability for a portfolio of brands (from sourcing to the shelf), a further realignment with the new commercial approach in the company has culminated in the appointment of a new sales team. “KWV’s brands are at the core of the business, and we need the right people to take these brands at the right price points and through the best channels, into global markets”, said Werner Swanepoel, Director: Sales and New Business Development.
“As a sales team we are privileged to work with an exceptional portfolio of brands”, he explained. “Wine brands such as Roodeberg, KWV, Cathedral Cellar, Café Culture and Laborie are all uniquely positioned, and offer great quality at their price points. The number of awards won by KWV’s wines and brandies over the past year support our claims that KWV presents some of the best products currently coming from South Africa.”
